Subscribers will receive notifications when vacant rooms and apartments are published online.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Please note that the longer your account has been registered, the greater your chances of receiving an accommodation offer.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>All advertised rooms and apartments have a specified contract start date. For example, if the contract begins on 1 October, the first payment will cover the month of October. If you wish to apply for accommodation with a later start date, you must wait until suitable vacancies are published. New rooms and apartments are advertised on an ongoing basis as they become available.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>You can apply for a maximum of 3 accommodations at the same time. <strong>You must accept the offer within 24 hours.
