The conditions for<br \/>\nit is as follows:<br \/>\n- You have an approved <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/snbostader.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/ANSO%CC%88KAN-OM-DISPENS-FRA%CC%8AN-STUDIEKRAV.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exemption application from the study requirements<\/a><\/strong>. This application can be submitted at the same time as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/snbostader.se\/en\/subletting-application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applying for subletting.<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n- You live without commuting distance (i.e. outside Sk\u00e5ne) during the exemption period<br \/>\n- You intend to resume your studies at Lund University<br \/>\n- Your second-hand tenant meets SNB's study requirements. Certificate must be provided.<br \/>\nAn administrative fee of SEK 500 will be charged to you on the next rental notice if your application is approved. If application is not approved no fee will be charged.<br \/>\nPlease note that in the case of subletting, it is always the first-time tenant who is fully responsible<br \/>\nfor the home. This means that the rental notification is sent to the first-time tenant and him<br \/>\nis responsible for paying the rent.
