If the 1st falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the keys can be returned no later than the following weekday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Termination notice is binding!<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> <a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"\/en\/uppsagning-av-rum\/\">Termination is done by filling in the termination form<\/a><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<!--<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Termination must be in writing and signed, contact the housing office or\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pick up a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/en\/?page_id=86\"><b>Form\u00a0<\/b><\/a>here on the website.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The form is filled in at the housing office.<\/span>--><\/p>\n<p>Good to know before your departure and returning of your keys:<br \/>\nIn case of a lost metal door key\/electronic door key, please notify us in time so we could be able to replace it for the next tenant.<br \/>\nNote: Keys are handed in personally, no later than 12 o\u2019clock on the final date of your contract or as agreed with SNB\u2019s expedition before your departure.<br \/>\nCharges for missing keys and keys not returned in time will apply according to a current price list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspection of the room or apartment<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Remember to book a pre-inspection and final inspection during Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.<br \/>\nwith SNB's caretaker at <a href=\"mailto:vaktis@snbostader.se\">vaktis@snbostader.se\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Final inspection is booked when everything is empty and cleaned.<\/p>\n<p>SNB Accommodation will not forward any mail. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skatteverket.se\/privat\/folkbokforing\/flyttanmalan\/anmalaflyttsomstudent.4.18e1b10334ebe8bc8000240.html\"><b>Do not forget to report the move to the Swedish Tax Agency!<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-452-0-2\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell 0-2 flip col-md-4\" ><div id=\"panel-452-0-2-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Moving cleaning<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for proper cleaning after you have moved your things out.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you do not have the opportunity to clean, you can order moving cleaning through the caretaker.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You then pay the cost of the invoice that comes from the cleaning company that performed the cleaning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Move out<br \/>\n<\/strong>Moving out takes place first working day every month no later than 12.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Termination of the lease Termination of accommodation may take place until the end of the month, that occurs closest after one (1) month from the date of termination for the corridor room\/kitchenette and two (2) months for two-room apartments.
