A Certificate must be submitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>When subletting, it is always the primary tenant who is responsible for the apartment, care, disturbances, any damage to the home and payment of the rent.<br \/>\nAn administrative cost of SEK 500 will be charged.\n<\/p>\n<p>For the application to be processed, the following documents must be attached:<br \/>\n1.
