Show consideration. The foundation's insurance does not cover damage to your belongings, nor damage that the tenant causes to the home or the properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Damage or wear and tear<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If damage to an apartment occurs due to your fault or through negligence or neglect from someone who belongs to your household or is visiting you, you are liable for compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are fully responsible even in the case of approved subletting. If you want to report that something has been damaged or worn out, contact the caretaker or the housing office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Locked out<\/b><br \/>\nIf you are locked out on weekdays from 8.00 to16.00, you should turn to Stadsbost\u00e4der at 040-12 64 00 or make an error report on \"<a href=\"https:\/\/minsida.stadsbostader.se\/mina-sidor\/logga-in\">My Page<\/a>\". Unlocking on weekdays is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>From 16.00 and 08.00 and during weekends, you should turn to \u00d6restad's emergency service\u00a0 at 040-93 12 70.\u00a0 You as a tenant will be charged for the \u00d6restad's emergency service.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cleaning<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for the cleaning of your room, shower and toilet.
