Termination of the lease

Termination of the room by the tenant may take place at the earliest until the end of the month, which occurs immediately after one (1) month from the date of termination for the corridor room / kitchenette and two (2) months for two-room apartments.

If, for example, you cancel a corridor room/kitchenette room on April 30, the move-out date is June 1*.
For example, if you cancel a two-room apartment on April 30, the move-out date is July 1*.

*You can hand in the keys on the first weekday of the month from 09.00 to 12.00 at the housing office (Kastanjegatan 1 C). If the 1st falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the keys can be returned no later than the following weekday.

Good to know before your departure and returning of your keys:
In case of a lost metal door key/electronic door key, please notify us in time so we could be able to replace it for the next tenant.
Note: Keys are handed in personally, no later than 12 o’clock on the final date of your contract or as agreed with SNB’s expedition before your departure.
Charges for missing keys and keys not returned in time will apply according to a current price list.

Inspection of the room or apartment

Remember to book a pre-inspection and final inspection during Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Final inspection is booked when everything is empty and cleaned.

SNB Accommodation will not forward any mail. Do not forget to report the move to the Swedish Tax Agency!
