Termination of the lease
The notice period is one month. Termination always takes place at the end of the month. If, for example, you cancel the room or apartment on 1 March, the relocation date is 30 April.

Good to know before your departure and returning of your keys:
In case of a lost metal door key/electronic door key, please notify us in time so we could be able to replace it for the next tenant.
Note: Keys are handed in personally, no later than 12 o’clock on the final date of your contract or as agreed with SNB’s expedition before your departure.
Charges for missing keys and keys not returned in time will apply according to a current price list.
Inspection of the room or apartment
SNBs caretaker will contact you to book an appointment for a preliminary inspection. Final inspection shall be booked when your accommodation is completely clean, and all your belongings are removed. It is your responsibility to have reported any deficiencies and errors in advance. If you are moving out earlier, you should contact SNBs caretaker at vaktis@snbostader.se
SNB Accommodation will not forward any mail. Do not forget to report the move to the Swedish Tax Agency!
Moving cleaning
You are responsible for proper cleaning after you have moved your things out. If you do not have the opportunity to clean, you can order moving cleaning through the caretaker. You then pay the cost of the invoice that comes from the cleaning company that performed the cleaning.
Move out
Moving out takes place first working day every month no later than 12.
