Everyone who lives in the corridor room has a kitchen cupboard, kitchen drawers, a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the freezer. The common room adjacent to the work kitchen provides the opportunity to socialize with everyone in the corridor. There are both furnished and unfurnished corridor rooms or kitchenettes on floors two, three or four.

On the fifth floor, at the top, there are 13 kitchenettes and a two-room apartment but no common areas. These homes are rented unfurnished.

On the ground floor, Smålands Nation houses an expedition and pub offering different amusement events few days per week.

There are laundry facilities and sauna in the basement.
