Register and Apply

According to Stiftelsen Smålands Nations Bostäder’s housing regulations, applicants and tenants must be active students at Lund University, admitted to studies equivalent to at least 30 higher education credits per semester, and members of Smålands Nation. Before a contract proposal can be issued, applicants must submit a Study Registration Certificate from LADOK and proof of membership in Smålands Nation.

During the registration process, you may select the option to subscribe to our newsletter. Subscribers will receive notifications when vacant rooms and apartments are published online.

All advertised rooms and apartments have a specified contract start date. For example, if the contract begins on 1 October, the first payment will cover the month of October. If you wish to apply for accommodation with a later start date, you must wait until suitable vacancies are published. New rooms and apartments are advertised on an ongoing basis as they become available.

You can apply for a maximum of 3 accommodations at the same time. You must accept the offer within 24 hours. The accommodation then will be offered to the next applicant.
