You who have been granted an exemption from studies for one or more semesters you could also apply to sublet your accommodation during all or part of the relevant exemption period. The conditions for subletting are: - You have an approved dispensation application (can be submitted at the same time as the application for the subletting). - You live outside commuting distance, i.e. Scania, during the rental period. - You intend to resume your studies at Lund University after the end of the rental period. - Your secondary tenant meets SNB's study requirements. A Certificate must be submitted.
When subletting, it is always the primary tenant who is responsible for the apartment, care, disturbances, any damage to the home and payment of the rent. An administrative cost of SEK 500 will be charged.
For the application to be processed, the following documents must be attached: 1. Correctly completed application. 2. Study certificate. 3. Copy of valid identification for the subtenant.
